Warranty

All work performed by Avante Plumbing & Heating Ltd. is completed by licensed professionals and/or registered apprentices working under the supervision of a certified journeyman plumber or gas fitter and in accordance with applicable codes and industry standards.

Avante Plumbing & Heating Ltd. provides a one (1) year labour warranty on workmanship. During this period, any deficiency determined by the Company to be the direct result of improper installation performed by the Company will be corrected at no cost to the customer. The Company's sole obligation under this warranty is the repair or correction of the defective workmanship, at its discretion.

All materials, fixtures, appliances, and equipment supplied or installed by the Company are covered solely by the applicable manufacturer's warranty. Avante Plumbing & Heating Ltd. makes no additional warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

This warranty does not apply to damage or failures resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, freezing, corrosion, water quality issues, environmental conditions, unauthorized modifications, pre existing conditions, acts of nature, or work performed by others.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avante Plumbing & Heating Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, property damage, water damage, loss of profits, or business interruption. In all circumstances, the Company's total liability shall be limited to the value of the labour performed for the applicable service.
